Delta Airlines - December 2018

Technician at the Subaru dealership diagnosed the whining noise as the power steering pump. The whine only happens at less than 10°F (from the car that is). The technician says that in this cold of weather the fluid is too thick to be pumped at the brief moment before it heats up. He says that there isn't anything I can do about it and that the part is warrantied until 60k miles. Let me know if you think it's something else.

Louise does the work, Tuna gives orders.

Dubai - E44 and D54

I scheduled an appointment with the dealership to service my vehicle today in good faith to help me fix my 2008 Honda Civic Si before any major damage is done to the crank shaft. I paid Zeigler Honda in Kalamazoo a $50 diagnostic fee to diagnose the cause of a "belt wobbles side to side". I also told them the crank pulley also moved side to side. Their diagnosis was [the wobble] "seems to be coming from the crank pulley--could replace pulley and might still wobble like that". They did not list any pulley related service in the upcoming needed services.

The video shows the crank pulley is separated and if I did not catch this now, it could have caused more vehicle damage.

Edit: I am being refunded.
